Our Shipping and Return Policy

Free Shipping on Orders over $200

We offer free Standard Shipping to domestic and international customers on orders totaling over $200. Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the shipping destination and service option is selected. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard shipping procedures. If you are not around to take shipping of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card advising you on re-shipping / collection.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please Notice: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping.

Return

Miss Iny will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
Note: Sales items are not refundable. Shipping and handling and customs charges are not refundable

Write to customer.service@missiny.com to get your RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please Notice it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to and your details. Without these details we won't be able to issue your refund.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Please notice All non-sized items, including handbags, jewelry, and more are not eligible for return, leggings, socks and final sales items are also not qualified for return and exchange.

Most returns are processed within 20 days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Use the label on your shipping and returns note, enclosed with your goods. If you have lost your returns label then you will need to contact our customer service.
